Blending Facilities

MPPC has three ribbon blending machines, a one ton capacity top of the line dry blending system imported from Singapore, a 300-kg capacity and another 200-kg capacity dry blender.  The rooms are always maintained with an acceptable Relative Humidity (RH) and temperature reading needed in the prevention of water absorption and bacterial growth. RH and temperature are monitored using Data Logging Systems.

The blending rooms are maintained as a clean room environment (level 3), with all employees equipped with lint-free uniforms and production procedures conforming to the Food Safety policies of the plant. These rooms are also equipped with pressure gauge to monitor the positive pressure present within the area.

Calibrated weighing scales with capacities ranging from 1 mg to 60 kgs are provided in the area to ensure the correct weights of the ingredients to be blended.
